OUR MISSION:
That every child believes in Jesus and every parent believes in their child.
OUR PHILOSOPHY:
We believe that all children can learn and should have equal opportunity to an early start in their education. We believe that early learning helps determine later success in life. Learning should be diverse and inclusive, promoting the uniqueness of each child.
We believe that children learn best in an environment that is full of opportunities to experience exploratory play. Children develop concepts such as literacy, mathematics, and science, along with language development, physical development, social-emotional, and spiritual development through play experiences that allow them to explore, analyze, and create.
We believe that relationships are at the heart of children’s early learning experience. We desire to establish trusting relationships with each child and their family. Positive relationships are critical for young children’s cognitive, physical, social-emotional, and spiritual development.
OUR VISION:
We are focused on developing a love of learning in a Christian atmosphere and developing a readiness for kindergarten that emphasizes social skills, academic preparedness, and emotional and spiritual development of the child. We understand the importance of play and balance play with learning. Bible stories, Christian values and prayer are included in our curriculum.
OUR BELIEFS:
We believe that our objectives as a faith-based preschool should be:
To teach that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came to earth to die for our sins, and in the necessity of being born again by the Spirit of God by receiving Jesus Christ as our savior.
To teach that growth in a Christian’s life depends on fellowship with God through reading the Bible, prayer and service to others.
To teach that the Bible is the only true Word of God. It is practical, important and relevant to every generation and every situation.
To teach the application of Biblical ethics.
To teach the student to desire to be fair, courteous, kind, and other Christian graces, and to get along with all – Christians or not – who hold different opinions.
To teach that we should serve as missionaries no matter where we live.
OUR CORE VALUES:
To be honest with our children, parents and teachers.
To love and treat all children as gifts from God.
To value and respect our teachers and parents.
To be a Christian example to children, parents and teachers.
To leave a Christian experience with everyone who enters our center.
STATEMENT OF FAITH:
We believe the Bible is the inspired, only infallible, authoritative Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1:21).
We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: God the Father, the Son, & the Holy Spirit (Genesis 1:1, Matt. 28:19, John 10:30).
We believe in the deity of Christ (John 10:33), in His virgin birth (Isaiah 7:14, Matt. 1:23, Luke 1:35), in His sinless life (Hebrews 4:15, 7:26), in His miracles (John 2:11), in His vicarious and atoning death ( I Cor. 15:3, Eph. 1:7, Hebrews 2:9), in His resurrection from the dead (John 11:25, I Cor. 15:4), in His ascension to the right hand of the Father (Mark 16:19), and in His personal return in power and in glory (Acts 1:11, Revelation 19:11).
We believe that God wonderfully and absolutely created each person as male or female. These two distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God (Genesis 1:26-27).
We believe God created man and woman in His own image and established marriage as a lifelong union between one genetic male and one genetic female. We believe Biblical marriage is the only legitimate and acceptable context for sexual intimacy (Genesis 2:20-24; Matt. 19:4-6; Romans 7:2; I Thess. 4:1-8; Hebrews 13:4).
We believe in the sanctity of human life (Jeremiah 1:5). We believe all human life is sacred and created by God in His image (Genesis 1:27). We believe we are called to defend, protect, and value all human life (Psalms 139, Psalm 127:3, Exodus 20:13).
We believe in the absolute necessity of regeneration by the Holy Spirit for salvation because we believe all are sinners (John 3:16-19, Romans 3:23, 5:8-9, Eph. 2:8-10, Titus 3:5).
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in Christ (Romans 8:9, I Cor. 12:12-13, Galatians 3:26-28).
Our desire is to have a relationship with Christ and to be conformed into His image by the power of the Holy Spirit.
